RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns of products, either defective or wrongly ordered, can be made within 14 calendar days days from their receipt.
The products must be in their original condition as sent by PANOPTIKI and returned with all accompanying documents and accessories (retail receipt, cases, cloths, etc.).
At the PANOPTIKI company, the products are checked in detail before they are packaged and packaged in such a way that no damage is caused during their transport.
In case there is any problem with the product (damage to the frame or the lenses), the company PANOPTIKI should be informed from the first or second day, by phone at 2821053953, or throughemail to info@panoptiki.g
Returns on eyeglasses and special contact lens orders are not accepted. For the rest of the products, the return can be made within 14 days, only if the packaging has not been opened / damaged, or the security tape of the product has been cut.
Return shipping costs, if the product is not defective, are borne by the buyer. In the event that the product proves to be defective, the shipping costs are borne entirely by PANOPTIKI.
In case a replacement of the product is requested, it will be sent again within 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned product, as long as it is available in the company’s warehouse. If there is no ready delivery, the buyer will be informed of the new delivery time.
In the event that a refund is requested, the value of the order will be refunded within 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned product.
Changes to non-defective products are accepted only 1 (one) time. The color difference between the product and the photo is not considered a defect and may be due to the lighting conditions during photography or the brightness of each monitor.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right for 1 (one) time only, within 14 days of receiving the product, to withdraw in writing from the purchase, by sending a message via email to info@panoptiki.gr , but with the obligation to cover the initial shipping cost, in the event that this was initially covered by the company, but also the cost of returning the product to the company’s headquarters at: A. Papandreou 45 Chania 73132. In this case, the company, within 14 days of receiving the message, will return the money to the buyer to the bank account that he will indicate in his withdrawal. For the buyer’s valid withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear.
